Three Cheers For The Next Few Years

For every day the sun shone in spring;
For the songs everyone got to sing;
For the flowers that bloomed without hesitation;
For every full moon that gave its' salutation;
For every wave crashed down at the lake;
To every chance you had to take;
For everyone who had a broken heart;
For everyone who got a new start;
For every breath, first or last;
For everyone who created their past;
For every day, rain or shine;
For every beautiful meal you had to dine;
For all the stars, small or bright;
For every evening you said goodnight;
For every leaf changed in fall;
For the people who survived it all;
For the laughter and the fun shared by friends;
To the sad beginnings, but great ends;
For every swing ever swung;
To the old friends, and the new ones;
For the days where you thought nothing was right;
To the night that may have changed your life;
To the winter that made us freeze half to death;
To the smoke that escaped your lips as breath;
For the trains that rode on every rail;
For the sun that shone bright without prevail;
To the people you've met; friendships they brought;
To the teary battles you had fought;
For every smile your lips enjoyed;
To the flirts and taunts your heart was toyed;
For the year that brought everything you could find,
To the year to come that'll blow your mind.
A crappy poem written by me within the last 3 hours of 2009.

Every Man (Or Woman) Has A Molly

I take too long to update these things; I am sorry (Even though I'm sure you don't care that much anyways). I guess I keep forgetting; I've never had a very good memory, and I think I know why:

When I was about seven or eight years old, I fell off a playstructure.

Me and my family were camping that year, so my sisters and I decided it would be fun to go to the park just down the road from our campsite. Obviously we weren't the only children there, and eventually a game of 'Grounders'' came to be, and at one point I became "It". I closed my eyes, walked about six steps forward, and before I knew it, I had walked right off the top of the damned thing. I guess it was a good thing my fucking head broke the fall.

And that's how it (Most likely) came to be that I can never remember shit.

~

So all that is beside the point.
"So what does the title mean today", you ask?
Well, I now get to introduce you to the newest member of my family, and her name is Molly. I'm not a mother, and my mother hasn't given birth again- No, no..

Molly is a kitten.

And as we speak she's asleep in my lap.

I'll post a couple of pictures for you to see, I guess, and I'll try my best to update in the next week with more random shit you don't care about.

Random Fact/Quote Of The Day

Did you know that the 90's hit song "Iris" by the Goo Goo Dolls was written by John Rzeznik in about an hour? It was reported that he came up with the lyrics in about ten minutes, and composed the guitars within the next hour.

Sparks In The Heart; Lights In The Sky.

So it's another day in the size 7 shoes of LG. Yeah, and it's pretty boring. But really, what else is new?

For starters, it was Halloween yesterday, and I did in fact go trick or treating. I dressed up/cosplayed as Amane Misa from the Death Note series (Yes, I am an anime nerd), and I will post pictures. Why? Because I feel like it.

Let's try something new for the blog now. I'm going to suggest five or so songs (SN - AN) that I deem worthy of listening to. Mwahaha, yay for the possibility of control. Here they are:

1. Anyone Else But You - The Moldy Peaches

2. Day Late Friend - Anberlin
3. YOU (Piano/Instrumental version) - Dai
4. World Spins Madly On - The Weepies

5. I'm Still Here - John Rzeznik (Of The Goo Goo Dolls)

Haha, simple suggestions; no need to listen to any. Do as you wish.

Random LG Facts:

1. I've read the nutrion facts of a Big Mac and I still love McDonalds.
2. I am the worst at Monopoly. Always second out.
3. Admiting things are hard for me.

I Could Eat You Up, I Love You So.

I'm a sad person.

Actually, no, I'm going to have to disagree with myself there.
I'm actually quite happy.

I'm a bitchy, angry, happy little person.

You may wonder why I'm throwing bitchy and angry in there. But since you don't know me (Or at least, don't know me too well), it is only natural to become at least the slightest bit curious, no? Well, for starters, I'm a bitch because I get angry easily, and I get angry easily because I'm a bitch.

So naturally, I'm nothing but an angry bitch. Cool how that chicken-egg thing works here too.

Haha.
I think that's about it for today. All my stuff is still at my Dad's and I'm getting sick of using this decimated desktop keyboard (Ergo: It's a piece of shit).

Random LG Facts:

1. Today, I bought three chocolate bars and ate them on my 20 minute walk home. How ironic.
2. I have a school dance on Thursday. I'm excited for that.
3. When it's [8]:47PM/AM, I can never decide between rounding to, "10 to 9" or "Quarter to 9".

Boredom Is Bliss?

It's been a few days since I last updated, so I guess I might as well do another today. Why? Because I'm at home sick again with nothing else to do.

Seriously.

All my video games are at my Dad's, and even though I've had a craving to play the Sims 2, I'd have to re-install every single one since I lost them all after the computer crash of summer '09. And let's be honest people, the Sims 3 isn't getting anymore interesting.

Anyways yes, so, I am sick with a fever and cough.. No big deal, but it sure is irritating. Not only am I unhealthy, but I do miss my friends, and I'm also getting behind in school as we speak, which means lots of homework in the near future for Lonely Girl. Blech.

Well, I believe I've wasted your time enough for one post, so I'll update later.

Random Facts:

1. I miss my NES.
2. I couldn't live without my friends. Or music; gotta love music.
3. Truth: I stayed up until 1AM this morning playing dress-up. I'm definatly cool.

It Doesn't Take Much To Fall In Love These Days.

It's another update for the blog.

Hm.. Ever since I've started this blog I question why I did. I mean, a blog is simply a narration of one's life, correct? Almost like an autobiography, but diary-style. Only it isn't.

I didn't start this blog to bitch and moan about daily complaints, no, that's just severely irritating. But if someone did ask why I started this, I guess the only honest answer I could give is, "I got bored".

I can't see how anyone would notice, or even care for that matter about my life. And I'm not throwing some curve ball at you that indicates some sort of depression or serious mental issue I have. I'm being realistic. How many blogs on the internet do you think there are? And how many of them do you think people truly give a damn about?

Yeah. Exactly.

Ahh, well, even if I am just wasting internet space, at least I'll try to do it right, if that's even possible.

New Jacy Facts:

1. I'm half-vegetarian.
2. My family is mostly unrelated in blood.
3. I'm not book-smart at all.

Introduction: Don't Stop Believing

Heh.
Even I'm surprised by the painfully generic title of my blog.

Oh well.
This is the introduction post, if you hadn't already guessed, and since I don't have much of a creative flow in me today that's what I ended up with:

A completely generic, somewhat stereotypical, yet also somehow relevent to my daily life (which isn't too exciting I should add) blog title with enough ring to have a catch and enough catch to play ball.

So now I'm guessing that you guessed that I like Journey, right? Well, I really only like 'Don't Stop Believing', because I think it has proved itself as sincerely uplifting. Bands I truly do like though? They'd have to the bands like Mayday Parade, Oasis, Say Anything, City And Colour, The Midway State and Radiohead.

Yes, I do love indie.

On another note, (That isn't of the musical kind) I would simply like to point a few random things out about me before I end this beginning:

1. I'm a female gamer.
2. Harmonics in music makes me happy.
3. I don't believe that the third time's the charm.
